As the
grand finale to EAT-JAPAN 2006, the Seven Sushi Samurai event, which
was a big hit with all those who attended the Sushi Awards 2005, will
be expanded and improved by bringing together the very best sushi
chefs from not just the UK, but also around the world! Chefs from
Japan, the home of sushi, and the USA, one of the world's most
advanced sushi nations, will compete against those from the home
nation, the UK, and guests will get a chance to sample each of their creations.
Details of the
sushi on offer will only be revealed on the night of the event, and
you can only imagine what delights lie in store, but if last year's
creations - including Prawn Tempura Wagyu Roll, Salmon Saikyo-yaki
and a Japanese Style Carpaccio Nigiri - are anything to go by, you
will be able to sample a mind-blowing range of sushi that simply
cannot be experienced elsewhere!
Closing Date:
15 September 2006
Grand
Winner will be announced at Sushi Awards 2006 event in October.
