is delighted to be holding its Junior and Senior Compass Group Chef
of the Year culinary competitions at The Restaurant Show on 19th
September 2006. The 16 junior and 16 senior finalists, selected from
divisional heats taking place across Compass Group, will each have
1.5hrs to prepare and cook a fine dining meal live using set
ingredients. Compass Group Chef of the Year is sponsored by Knorr and
VT Plus Training.
