Interchef's Western Australia Recipe Challenge 20th Sept

 

The first Western Australia Recipe Challenge competition has been launched by Interchef, offering contestants the chance to win an exclusive trip to Australia. The paper heat requires chefs to devise a simple grill and barbecue recipe using Western Australia's finest ingredients and reflecting their high quality while giving a feel for the relaxed outdoor lifestyle of The Real Australia.

Five finalists will be selected to cook their dish in front of the judging panel at the Restaurant Show. The Craft Guild of Chefs will oversee the paper judging of this exciting competition as well as joining the judging panel for the final.

The winner will receive the prize of a lifetime with a trip for two to Western Australia worth over £8,000. With one week spent cooking with Chef Chris Taylor of Fraser's Restaurant in Perth using all the best seafood and local ingredients, followed by a unique and relaxed food-lovers tour of the area in week two.
