In his
latest book following on from the success of 'How To Cook The
Perfect' in 2007, Chef Marcus Wareing uses everyday ingredients to
create 120 delicious dishes. It's a book about everyday ingredients -
taking a raw ingredient and showing three simple, different and
exciting ways to cook it.
Marcus Wareing spent his youth
gathering experience and accolades including time with Gordon Ramsay
at Aubergine. He gained his Michelin star aged 25 at L'Oranger and
another in 2000 at Petrus. Marcus lives with his wife and three
children in South London. "I can't thing of a better cookbook
to have by the stove" says Gordon Ramsay.
