Marcus Wareing spent his youth gathering experience and accolades including time with Gordon Ramsay at Aubergine. He gained his Michelin star aged 25 at L'Oranger and another in 2000 at Petrus. Marcus lives with his wife and three children in South London. "I can't thing of a better cookbook to have by the stove" says Gordon Ramsay.
