New Olive Oils From Napolina

Napolina has grown its olive oil range with three new products, all of which are designed to offer more choice for cooking enthusiasts.

Napolina Olive Oil Spray - 200ml

Ideal for shallow frying, grilling, roasting or baking where careful portion control of oil is required, Napolina Olive Oil Spray is made with regular olive oil rather than extra virgin olive oil - one of the first spray oils in the UK to do so.

Regular olive oil is better suited for cooking at high temperatures as its flavour is less likely to be damaged, making this spray oil more versatile than extra virgin varieties. The spray function allows the oil to be added exactly where it's needed, which makes it perfect for enjoying the olive oil taste with minimum waste.

Napolina Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

Made from the highest quality, freshly milled organic Italian olives and accredited by the Soil Association, Napolina Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich with fruit aromas and a warm finished flavour.

Typically cold-milled or crushed within 24 hours of harvesting, this is the purest form of olive oil. Its distinctively rich flavour can be damaged at high temperatures so, ideally, it shouldn't be used for frying.

It's perfect as a base for sauces, dips and dressings and for adding flavour to salads, pasta and cooked meat, fish and vegetables.

Napolina Special Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

Especially blended for olive oil connoisseurs, Napolina Special Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fresh fruity flavour that builds to a mouth watering peppery finish.

This new oil is specially blended by Napolina's expert tasters to give a piquant taste that's ideal for adding something special to sauces, dips and dressings or cooked meat, fish and vegetables.

Napolina olive oils are available from major supermarkets across the UK. For more information, and recipe ideas visit www.napolina.com.
