Whole Wheat Pasta From Napolina

The latest addition to the Napolina family is a range of six traditionally produced whole wheat pastas.

Bursting with all the goodness of the whole grain, Napolina Whole Wheat pasta is perfect for preparing great tasting, healthier meals. Made to traditional Italian methods, the pasta is extruded through bronze dies to create a rough surface, which helps sauces to coat the pasta during cooking.

The Whole Wheat range contains pasta for a wide variety of occasions:

Napolina Whole Wheat Mafalda Corta - 500g
This typically Neapolitan shape of pasta has frill-shaped edges that are ideal for scooping up sauce. It's traditionally served with borlotti beans or chick pea sauce, but also works well in soups.

Napolina Whole Wheat Fusilli (Twists) - 500g
The familiar spiral shape of fusilli is versatile and easy to prepare and can be used in sauces, soups, or salads. Fusilli is also ideal for bakes and casseroles.

Napolina Whole Wheat Linguine - 500g
Another Italian favourite linguine, meaning 'little tongues', is the sister of spaghetti and is a perfect companion for pesto or seafood.

Napolina Whole Wheat Mezze Maniche - 500g
With a name meaning "half-sleeves", mezze maniche is a short, tubular-shaped pasta. It works best when served with simple sauces such as tomato and basil.

Napolina Whole Wheat Penne (Quills) - 500g
The popular penne shape is named after the Italian for quills thanks to its diagonally cut ends. Another versatile pasta, it's easy to cook with and can act as a great introduction to Italian food.

Napolina Whole Wheat Spaghetti - 500g
A whole wheat version of this well-loved pasta that's a firm favourite with Bolognese lovers everywhere.

Napolina Whole Wheat pasta is available now from major supermarkets across the UK. For more information and recipe ideas visit www.napolina.com.
