Cuisinewine Is The Right Choice For Discerning Chefs

Cuisinewine is an internationally recognised brand that produces excellent premium spirits, liqueurs and wines exclusively for the professional kitchen, food manufacturing and catering industry. Its innovative and cost effective products include low alcohol wines, full-strength Cooking Spirits and Liqueurs turned viscous with a natural stabilizer. The unique processes that produce Cuisinewine de-alcoholised products mean that the flavour and taste profile of the alcoholic beverages is kept intact without the need for costly liquid spirits and full ABV wines.

This gives you all the flavour, with half the cost. Full-strength wines and top quality distilled spirits can also be arranged upon request when ordered in bulk.

All Cuisinewine Cooking Spirits and Cooking Wines are classified as condiments thereby avoiding excise duty and VAT. For instance, the spirit duty on 1 litre on a traditionally distilled product is £8.54 so with nothing to pay in terms of VAT and duty on Cuisinewine products your alcohol budget can be reduced significantly. This makes them a cost effective and sustainable choice for the professional kitchen.

Cuisinewine Cooking Wines are made with DOC recognised grapes, Tempranillo for the red and Pardina for the white, and go through a unique patented ultra-filtration process that reduces their alcohol content. With a lower ABV and a pinch of salt, Cuisinewine Cooking Wines are classified as a condiment and not as a wine.

Cuisinewine Cooking Spirits and Liqueurs are turned viscous with a natural stabilizer meaning they can't be used in drinks but only in cooking, again ensuring their condiment status. The added benefit of being viscous is that Cuisinewine Cooking Spirits are not subject to shrinkage or pilferage in the same way as other expensive premium spirit brands.

Cuisinewine Cooking Spirits are made with traditional distilled spirits and come in 1 litre PET bottles reducing glass presence in the professional kitchen and thereby improving health and safety. Cuisinewine Cooking Wines come in a wipe clean 5 litre Bag-in-Box with a non-drip tap and a convenient handle for ease of use; the Port and Madeira come in the same practical boxes but in 3 litres.

The quality of Cuisinewine products is excellent. Using 100% premium spirits, wines made with DOC recognised grapes and produced solely at their own San Marcos winery in Spain, the products do not lose their quality, taste and flavour profile.

You use Cuisinewine Cooking Spirits in exactly the same way as traditional distilled spirits. You can free pour or measure out, according to your recipe. There is no impact on texture or taste and, in many cases, you can better control the amounts you use.

Cuisinewine Cooking Wines have a 15 month shelf life from date of manufacture and six weeks once opened. Cuisinewine Cooking Spirits have the same shelf life as ordinary liquid spirits and when the alcohol evaporates it goes back to liquid form.

The range comprises:

Spirits: Scotch Whisky, French Brandy, Caribbean Dark Rum, Calvados, Triple Sec.

Liqueurs: Amaretto, Crème de Cassis, Crème de Framboise, Poire Williams.

The cooking wines are available in 5 litre Bag-in-Box and the Port and Madeira are available in 3 litre Bag-in-Box.

The range uses just one single varietal of grape and comprises: Tempranillo (red), Pardina (white), Port, and Madeira.

'I saved on nearly half of my alcohol budget by switching to Cuisine Wine and cooking spirits. What's more is that I haven't compromised on any flavour whatsoever.' Cyrus Todiwala, Café Spice Namaste London

'Now I can afford to make my zabaglione with proper amaretto.' Alexander Baillieu, Head Chef, Elistano London
