Displayed on a card on the restaurant table, the holidays currently on offer showcase fabulous locations, like the exclusive Castel Monaster at Castelnuovo, Siena. Here uests are taken on a journey into the true essence of Tuscan cuisine, highlighting the finest dishes and freshest ingredients from the region, under the guidance of resident head chef Alessandro Delfanti. This holiday offers four nights' bed and breakfast accommodation, return flight from London to Pisa, car hire, daily cookery class followed by lunch or dinner, and starts from £1,130 per person.

With the magnificent Hotel Costa Fiori in Pula, Sardinia as the perfect location, the winner can experience the delicious fish cuisine of the island, relax in the hotel's salt infinity pool or in the sauna, or re-energize on the tennis courts, with a bike or horse riding at nearby stables.
