pennies up - October is not far away and there are places you need to
be if you are in the Asian food and drink sector.
First major
event will be the 25th Annual Charity Dinner and 30th Aagrah Anniversary
on 19th October at Cedar Court Hotel in Bradford. The event is held
each year in support of Jannat Welfare International Trust and more
than £500,000 has been raised to date. Main beneficiaries this
year will be Leeds mencap and Al Shifa Trust Eye Hospital. This
exciting event will also host the third South Asian Chef Competition

The second
major event will be Enam Ali's British Curry Awards at the
Grosvenor House Hotel marking the start of National Curry Week
on 21st October. This will be the third year and last year over 1000
people attended a glittering event.
The final
event will be The Bollywood or Ballgowns Grand Charity Ball in
favour of Oxfam at Novotel London West on 27th October to mark the
end of National Curry Week. Enjoy the 'Celebration of Achievement'
