A new range
of authentic Thai cooking ingredients has been launched for food
lovers in the UK.
The range has
been developed by Blue Elephant, renowned for its Thai restaurants
around the world and for its cookery school in Bangkok. Blue
Elephant's flagship restaurant in Fulham Broadway opened in 1986 and
quickly set the standard for Thai dining in the UK. It also helped to
spark a wider interest in Thai food and cooking.

aim to provide food lovers with high quality ingredients to help
