New
a la carte menu and wine pairing by Charles Metcalfe
As part
of its tenth birthday celebrations this year, Chor Bizarre, India's
Restaurant in Mayfair has announced a new menu and wine list as well
as some inspired food and wine matches. Acclaimed wine expert,
Charles Metcalfe has collaborated with Chor Bizarre's Head Chef,
Manpreet Singh Ahuja and together, they have produced wine matches
for each of the dishes on the menu as well as some very special food
and wine tasting menus.
Chor
Bizarre's interior is an eclectic collection of objects and
furnishings inspired by India's street bazaars from which the
restaurant takes its name. This is echoed in the authentic Indian
cuisine on offer. Chef Manpreet's new dishes showcase the abundance
of flavours present in different regions of India. Charles Metcalfe
has worked with Manpreet to produce at least two wine suggestions for
each dish, allowing diners to experiment and find something that
suits their own taste. All of the wines suggested for food pairings
are available by the glass.
