Kai Mayfair's Unique New Champagne Menu Set To Be The Toast Of The Town This Christmas

Kai Mayfair, 65 South Audley Street, London W1Y 5FD

Nothing complements the festive season better than a glass of chilled champagne. Now Kai Mayfair, one of the capital's favourite Chinese restaurants, has taken the world´s finest bubbly and used it to help create London´s most sumptuous and unique Christmas menu.

Kai´s magnificent Dom Perignon Menu uses a full bottle of the 1999 vintage to create each six course meal for two. The last word in luxury, this magnificent repast is not only a feast for the senses, but the perfect way to celebrate Christmas.

Not for nothing is Dom Perignon called the King of Champagnes. From A lister parties to Michelin Star restaurants, this effervescent wine is enjoyed in the most exclusive places around the world. Now it can be savoured in an entirely different way courtesy of Kai Mayfair.

The cost for Kai Mayfair's Dom Perignon menu is £280 per person for a minimum of two people. Three days' notice is required for all bookings.

The choice of suggested accompaniments for the menu are 1999 Dom Perignon (£120), 1996 Dom Perignon Rose (£210), 1993 Dom Perignon (£250), 1964 Oenotheque Dom Perignon (£570) and 1959 Oenotheque Dom Perignon (£1,700).

Already the recipient of a host of accolades, including the 2006 Time Out´s Critics´ Choice Award, Kai Mayfair continues to justify its reputation as one of the capital's finest Chinese restaurants, a place where the most discerning and adventurous foodies come to satisfy their palates.

Not content to rest on its laurels however, Kai has recently undergone a complete refit both in terms of interior design and menu.
