Recipes range from traditional dishes such as Raan to intriguing offerings such as Stir Fried Squid with sweet spices and green moong Kedgeree One of the few cookery books that pays such attention to detail with points such as the tree called rattan jyoth being the traditional reason behind the redness of Rogon Josh. Definitely one for Christmas and the shelf
