Cyrus Todiwala MBE Launches New Book

 

 

Indian Summer is the beginning of a new line of cookery books from Cyrus Todiwala MBE, his aim in this edition is to give culinary enthusiasts light, simple, easy to prepare, healthy recipes whilst introducing the reader a whole new world of Indian Cuisine.

Throughout the book there are recipes that have been developed and changed throughout history and some that have been invented by Cyrus himself, but all share the same ethos in that they mix the best of British produce with raw materials from around the world.
