The Sheraton Grand Hotel &
Spa in Edinburgh is launching regular curry nights with Indian
Thursdays. The first Indian Thursday took place on 27 November to
celebrate National Curry Week (23 - 29 November) and thereafter every
Thursday evening.
The Terrance restaurant will
incorporate Indian spices to its regular evening buffet selection.
Using authentic ingredients, recipes and cooking styles from across
the varied regions of India, the Terrace will offer a variety of
unique flavours and inspired Indian dishes. Choose from dishes such
as Tandoori leg of lamb - succulent pieces of lamb with tandoori
flavour, Dal Makhani - a rich lentil dish which comes from the
northern region of India and Tomato fish curry which includes a
combination of mustard, fennel and cumin seeds. |
