At a star-studded event attended by over 100 people, from Ainsley Harriott, Angus Deayton, June Whitfield and well known chefs such as Antonio Carluccio and Rosemary Shrager paid homage to the Master of the Wok. Ken Hom, who also celebrates 25 years since first appearing on television, was awarded the OBE for 'services to the culinary arts'. The reception was held at Shanghai Blues restaurant in High Holborn.
