For Yorkshire Restaurateur
Aagrah
Group Founder & Chairman, Mohammed Sabir was awarded an MBE in
the New Year Honours 2006.
This is truly
deserved and is awarded in recognition of his tireless efforts in
raising funds and helping various charities, for over 25 years, both
in the UK and overseas, including funds directed recently to the
Pacific Tsunami and the Earthquake in Kashmir. |
Mohammed Sabir
is currently in Pakistan personally directing the best use of funds
raised by Aagrah Group of Restaurants, its' customers and staff since
last October. The amount raised to date is over £70,000. The
Aagrah charity fund, administered by the Jannat Welfare Trust
International, is also coordinating the acquisition of medicines,
clothing, shelter and other much needed goods and services.
