We would like to congratulate Oxford restaurateur Aziz-ur-Rahman and Mina Begum Rahman on news of the pending marriage of their daughter Shahanara Begum Rahman (Lippi) to Kamal Hussain Ali from Cardiff. The wedding will take place in Oxford on 12th February and Walima in Cardiff on 19th. Mr Rahman is well know in the industry as the owner of Aziz Restaurant in Oxford and very active in the community.
