Windsor restaurateur Mridula Baljekar of Spice Route has been recognised in this year's Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.

The final takes place in May in Kuala Lumpur and Mridula Baljekar's book 'Great Indian Feasts' published by John Blake is the only representative from UK and one of twelve nominated books in the Best Asian category
