New Yum Yum Yum Yum Thai the award-winning restaurant in Stoke Newington now has another venue at a flagship location in Stoke Newington High Street. The new Yum Yum is in a smart, three storey Georgian style building that looks very imposing from the outside. Unfortunately, that is about all we can tell you at this stage, despite the fact we were invited to the opening on 9th February. We trekked across London from home base, enduring a two-hour rush-hour journey for an evening of appreciation and celebration - only to find many hundreds of people seemed to have the same destination in mind, resulting in a queue well down the High Street. This plus the fact that parking is nigh on impossible in the area meant no review on this occasion, as we were unable to get near enough to form any opinion, but if it lives up to the Yum Yum reputation built up over many years, both food and service are bound to be excellent.
