MFD Foods -

sole distribution rights, in the UK, for the newly arrived Dalee -
Simply the Best range of products, which is produced in Thailand by
Bangkok range PCL, for the top quality recipe ideas created by
hotels, restaurants and food processing companies.
The
barn-raised ducking is available in whole, half, leg and breast
variants. Some of the cooked products are bagged or boxed while
others including legs and breasts are available in vacuum packed
formats. The vibrant-red Dalee packaging features Chinese
translations in a classic style that promotes the true authenticity
of the brand. The duck itself is unrivalled in terms of quality and
consistent cooking characteristics thanks to original - and new and
improved - cooking, chilling and processing techniques.
Leading the
range is the long-awaited 550g-600g Aromatic Duck for the preparation
of fine oriental cuisine. The bone-in, half duck is supplied in a
bag. It is made with no GM ingredients, artificial colours or
flavours; and is low in fat, gives top quality yields and is
exceptionally lean and succulent.
This same
aromatic duck is also available to trade customers, bagged in a
no-fuss, 2.5kg Shredded and bagged format which is aimed directly at
the crispy duck pancake, sandwich and wrap sectors.
Other products
include Half, Bone-in Roast Duck and the all-new Smoked Duck Breast
