Alizée,
a range of white porcelain tableware designed by French celebrity
chef, Babette de Rozières is now available from Chomette
Dornberger. Manufactured in France by Pillivuyt, Alizée won
the 'Innovation in Design Award' at the recent trade show in Paris,
Equipe hotel.
Babette de
Rozières has taken her inspiration from her Caribbean home,
Martinique. She has designed some radical new shapes with a subtle
tropical flavour. Alizée is made with Pillivuyt's new
Pillenium porcelain, which enables items to be made finer but to
retain unrivalled strength in the catering environment both in terms
of thermal and mechanical shock.

The tableware
includes dishes shaped like water lilies, petals and almonds and
there are deep dishes, platters and small shell dishes, perfect for a
broad range of innovative presentations.
