Rational's New Hard Wearing Non-Stick Coating Ideal For Heavily Used Catering Utensils

 

 

The problem with ordinary pots, pans and cooking trays is that food sticks to them - and when frying, grilling or baking they sometimes don't brown food evenly. And the problem with conventional non-stick coatings is that they can't handle working in a commercial kitchen, so they wear out quickly.

Now Rational has developed TriLax, a completely new coating for heavily used catering utensils. TriLax not only prevents food sticking, it is also extremely tough and robust. In addition, the heat-reflecting characteristics of the new coating aid browning, so that even tricky grilled, fried and baked products always turn out perfectly.

Because of its toughness, ease of use and superior cooking results, Rational is using TriLax to enhance three of the company's range of accessories: the combi baking trays, CombiGrill grids and grill and pizza trays have all been given the new coating.
