The
problem with ordinary pots, pans and cooking trays is that food
sticks to them - and when frying, grilling or baking they sometimes
don't brown food evenly. And the problem with conventional non-stick
coatings is that they can't handle working in a commercial kitchen,
so they wear out quickly.

TriLax, a completely new coating for heavily used catering utensils.
