Local press gathered at Mango Lounge recently for talented
Chef Ashwani Kumar to receive his award for winning the 'Best Signature
Dish (Classic) with his Lal Maas and coming second in the 'Best
Signature Dish 2009 (Innovative) with his wonderful prawn starter
that has to be tasted to be believed.
The National Curry Week award was presented by Curry Tree Charity
Trustee Mridula Baljekar and Founder Peter Grove who commented that
Windsor could soon be his favourite place to visit. "The prawn
dish is absolutely fabulous," he said "and every dish I
have tasted here is something special".
