ASHA'S is
named after the Legendary Bollywood playback Singer Asha Bhosle who
has put her name to the chain of restaurants as well as her culinary
expertise to create a unique and exciting experience.
Ms Bhosle, who
has recorded over 15000 songs and is a dame of the British Empire, is
arguably the most iconic figure in the Asian community and now
extends her appeal with the launch of her own restaurant chain. Ms
Bhosle has spent months with world famous chefs to create signature
recipes that capture the flavours of traditional north-western Indian
cuisine, which she is now ready to share with people throughout the UK.

Birmingham
will be the first UK city to open an Asha's restaurant - following
the already successful opening of Asha's in Dubai & Kuwait - and
will signify the start of a multi-million pound investment that will
ultimately see between 10-20 Asha's open in Britain.
Russell Scott
of Brandasia the UK Franchisee says "Asha's aims to introduce a
new image for Indian restaurants as all day venues catering for food
and drink needs, both during the day and night, whilst offering a new
level of quality and service but maintaining an appealing price point."
Asha's
Birmingham exudes opulent contemporary décor completed with
stylish furnishings in an open and fresh setting that creates a
beautiful ambience and captures the very essence of Asian culture.
Subtle mood lighting, magnificent tropical flower displays and the
infusion of Bollywood gives customers the instant wow factor even
before they get to the menu.
From
traditional favourite dishes with a hint of Asha's personal touch to
the more adventurous recipes, the kebab-based menu has something for
everyone. Renowned chef Mr Mohd Saleem Qurashi spent three months in
the kitchen with Ms Bhosle, perfecting her secret recipes and
creating a selection of dishes that will become Asha's signature in
each restaurant. |
