IRN BRU
is to sponsor the new Scottish Curry Awards organised by Ocean
Consulting and an official charity has also been chosen.
Deborah Roe for the Scottish
Spnabifida Association said, "We are delighted that the
IRN-BRU Scottish Curry Awards have chosen the Association as their
official charity. Every year we need to raise over £500k to
enable us to provide support services to families in Scotland
affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus. Our honorary patron,
Gordon Ramsay OBE launched an appeal on our behalf 'What's your
favourite F' word - Gordon's is Fundraising" to encourage the
public to support us and make fundraising their favourite F Word.
Such a high profile event as the IRN-BRU Scottish Curry Awards is a
wonderful opportunity for us to raise awareness of the services that
we provide and we hope that all Scottish curry lovers will embrace
Gordon's Appeal."

Glasgow Thistle on March 13 2008. |
