"LIVE THAILAND"
Sunday 24th & Bank Holiday Monday 25th August 2008 12 noon - 6.00pm

'Live Thailand' will be this year's most exciting Thai Festival. Taking place in the beautifully verdant apple orchard at the Ayling Garden Centre in Hampshire, 'Live Thailand' will emulate the atmosphere of the vibrant and colourful markets of Chiang Mai.

All over Thailand the markets are an essential part of day to day life: it is here that the Thai people go to meet and make friends, stock-up on provisions, peruse the delightful array of local handicrafts on sale and maybe watch the talented street performers. Be it one of the famous floating markets or more common street markets, the sights, smells and general activity are always something to behold.

At 'Live Thailand' you will find traditional Thai handicrafts, expert masseuses, dance shows and several food stalls whose fragrant aromas will tempt you to try some delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. Attendees to the Festival will be able to experience at first hand the joy and atmosphere of a Thai market without travelling to Asia. However, should anyone be inspired to visit Thailand themselves, specialist travel companies and Thai Airways will be on site to offer expert advice.

Admission: Adults £3, Children under 120cm £1, OAP's £1, Free car parking. 'Live Thailand' is organised by Mudita in aid of the Mudita Trust and other charities.
