Babur
Brasserie (London SE23), London's best inexpensive restaurant
according to Harden's 2009, celebrates its 24th anniversary from 15
July to 31 August. For its 24th Baburthday - a year for every hour in
the day - Babur's talented chefs have come up with a tasting menu
that eats its way around the clock.
The menu
encompasses not only breakfast, lunch, dinner and a midnight snack
(all served as a four-course meal in the evening), but also the broad
range of Indian cuisines - from traditional regional to modern Indian
cooking - Babur has become known for. The 24th anniversary menu will
be served at £29.95, with the option of drinks matched to each
course for an additional £12.
