Cyrus
Todiwala, Giorgio Locatelli and Richard Hughes are the confirmed
big-name chefs that will lead the brigade of Westminster Kingsway
College students at The Restaurant Show 2009's on-site restaurant -
the Signature Restaurant*.
Over the three
days of the restaurant industry's leading trade show, visitors will
be spoilt for choice as they are given the unique chance to sample
the impressive and varied culinary styles and talents of these great chefs.
The Signature
Restaurant will also give Westminster Kingsway College students the
privileged opportunity to be part of the kitchen brigade and work
with and learn from the experienced and accomplished chefs.
Cyrus Todiwala,
proprietor and executive chef of Café Spice Group will open
for business on Monday 12 October and delight diners with his
innovative and fresh approach to Indian Cuisine.
Tuesday 13 October
will see Giorgio Locatelli, chef-proprietor of the Michelin-starred
Locanda Locatelli, at the helm with a menu dedicated to his renowned
'back-to-roots' Italian cuisine.
Richard Hughes,
chef-proprietor of The Lavender House, will complete the
mouth-watering line up on Wednesday 14 October with his inimitable
modern interpretation of 'old-style' classic cookery.
