Culinary Revolution For Bombay Brasserie

The famous Bombay Brasserie in London is celebrating its 25th anniversary as London's premier Indian restaurant this year.

AS part of the celebrations the restaurant is welcoming a new executive chef in the person of Jaspal Singh Arora who comes to London from the Masala Bay Restaurant at Taj Landsend in India. Arora brings with him a vast knowledge of authentic Indian cooking and a flair for flawless presentation that will ensure that the Bombay Brasserie remains the pre-eminent restaurant in London.

Some dishes such as Sev Batata Puri and Lamb Chops with Ginger and Green Herbs have been popular choices on the menu throughout the 25 years and will, of course, remain there. New dishes will join these favourites such as Karwari Fish Curry, Lasooni Palak, Paneer Khatta Pyaaz and Dahi Pakodi Kadhi.

The new menu makes its debut on 26 June, starting the celebrations which will continue until December. Look out for the upcoming Celebration Table, spectacular give-aways, visiting chefs, a fashion show and much more!
