Healthy Option Menu For Brilliant

The Brilliant Restaurant in Southall has been critically acclaimed for many years for the quality and authenticity of its food under the guidance of Gulu and Kewal Anand.

With the advent of a new generation in the person of 22 year old Dipna, daughter of Gulu, Brilliant has introduce a new exciting dimension by focusing on a 'Healthy Option' a la carte menu. Existing dishes have been refined to suit a health-conscious palate. Dishes such as Vegetable Keema, Tandoori Salmon and Papri Chaat are mouth watering and even their famous Methi Chicken is cooked with olive oil and not an ounce of fat.

The running of the 250 seater restaurant has been under the control of Gulu and Kewal since it started in 1975 but now is the time for the next generation with Dipna focusing on the menu and 20 year old brother Shankar taking on the General Manager's role.
