Troubles
For Taman Gang
Paul Clark
and Jason Godefroy, partners from Menzies Corporate Restructuring,
announce recently that they have been appointed Joint Administrators
to Taronbond Limited (trading as Taman Gang), a fashionable and
upmarket pan-Asian restaurant based in the West End, London.
Taman Gang has
been experiencing cashflow difficulties brought on by the delay and
overspend of the original fit out and the recent downturn in the
restaurant business.
MCR will
continue to trade the business in the short term with the full
complement of staff and it is hoped that it will sell the business as
a going concern.
Paul Clark
comments, "We're hopeful that the business will be sold quickly.
It has an excellent reputation for its food, service and ambience and
has an established and very mixed client base from business directors
to celebrities. We believe it will be an attractive proposition,
perhaps for an established restauranteur looking to set up or expand
a business, or for anyone already established in the leisure or
entertainment sector."
