London Food Festival Leading events organiser DEW Events will be launching its first consumer exhibition this year, the London Food Festival, a three day event which will take place from 7th - 9th September, showcasing over 100 regional food and drink producers. The festival is set to champion the very best in high quality British produce, providing a great opportunity for small artisan producers to create maximum exposure around their products to their key audience and, tapping into the affluent, discerning foodies' desire for more premium, regionally produced ingredients. DEW Events has enlisted the support of leading industry chefs Aldo Zilli, James Tanner and Lesley Waters, who will all be conducting a series of cookery demonstrations in the event's demo theatre, featuring the produce from many of the exhibitor's stands. In addition, a number of seminars on nutrition will also be included within the event programme helping to educate consumers on how to integrate a healthy eating regime into their daily lifestyles.
