Adding A Touch Of Spice At Trentham's Riverside Diner Owners of the Award winning Thornbury Hall, Mohammed and Parveen Siddique, are set to launch their latest venture with the opening of their "Evening Buffet" at the Riverside Diner at Trentham on 22nd June. Renowned for the excellence of its service and wonderful aromatic dishes Thornbury Hall has built a reputation as one of Staffordshire's top fine dining experiences. This expertise is now being channelled into the Riverside Diner and the launch of an evening buffet with a difference! Already providing a successful day time dining experience at Trentham, Mohammed and Parveen are proud and excited about extending this service. Parveen explains "The Riverside Diner is set in beautiful surroundings located next to the river and lake. We want to take advantage of this during the summer months by introducing an evening buffet offering a selection of Pakistani/Indian cuisine of the quality we provide at Thornbury Hall, alongside a selection of other dishes to cater for all tastes." "To take advantage of the beautiful surroundings during the summer months we will be hosting themed Tandoori BBQ nights, there will be live demonstrations to allow customers an insight to the magnificent and mystic delights of the East. Our customers will be able to sit on the patio in the evening enjoying superb dishes, whilst taking in the beautiful views of the river and beyond." The new Riverside Buffet Restaurant will cater for everyone. As well as offering a lovely romantic setting for a mid-week dinner with a difference, families will be catered for too. For a party like no other the Riverside Buffet will be available to create an Asian Feast. The Riverside Diner will still be offering their light lunch menu and naughty afternoon cream teas. The Riverside Buffet Restaurant will be opening from Friday 22nd June.
