range of Raw Butterfly Chicken Breasts, which are sure to be a hit
with diners of all ages. The Butterfly Chicken Breasts are available
plain and in a variety of marinades including Cajun, Garlic &
Herb, Lemon & Pepper and BBQ, to provide caterers with a tasty,
yet healthy menu option.

Seafood Solutions comments on the new Raw Butterfly Chicken Breasts: "These
Chicken Breasts are great for all types of outlets, due to their
versatility and quick cooking time. They can be served in a variety
of ways and the different flavours are great for chefs looking to add
a bit of spice to their menu! For example, they can be served on
their own with traditional chunky chips and fried tomato, shredded in

The new Raw
Butterfly Chicken Breasts from 3G are cut from farm assured chicken
and are fully matured for a minimum of eight hours to provide extra
flavour and succulence. They are suitable for grilling, griddling,
baking and barbecuing, to suit a wide range of dishes and can be
cooked in just 15 minutes under the grill. "These Chicken
Breasts are great for summer, when people are looking for something a
bit lighter to eat", continues Julie, "I recommend
simply cooking them on the barbecue and serving with a crisp, dressed
salad for the perfect summer dish!"
The Raw
Butterfly Chicken Breasts are supplied frozen in packs of 10, and
each breast weighs between 200-230g. Each Breast is suitable for
those with nut allergies and provides a rich source of protein. The
Plain, Cajun and Garlic & Herb varieties are also suitable for coeliacs.
3G has also
recently introduced a small range of Cooked Butterfly Chicken
Breasts, available in Plain and Cajun marinade. These are also
supplied in packs of 10 and weigh approximately 160 - 180g.
