Top once
again is Spain's El Bulli with Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck a close
second. Best in The Americas is French Laundry at number 5 closely
followed by Per Se. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay climbs 11 places to
number 13 but highest climber of all, jumping 13 places is another UK
restaurant, St John.
Alan Yau's
Hakkasan remains at 19 and top Italian restaurant is Gambero Rosso in
Iraly at number 12. The fashionable Nobu drops 13 places to number 30
completing just 6 UK restaurants in the Top 50.
Maze, River
Café, Zuma, The Square and Waterside Inn make it into the Top
50-100. Mugaritz in Spain is the Chef's Choice at number 4 and
Tetsuya's is the Best in Australia at number 9.
