Who Says Indian Food
Is Unhealthy?

This 4th July Ashton Under Lyne's Indian Ocean restaurant is launching a new al-fresco dining menu packed full of healthy options.

With a brand new outside dining terrace serving an exclusive new menu Terrace mixes light summery dishes from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, and also incorporates influences from Europe, America, and Africa. So despite recent negative press about the health issues surrounding curries, the Indian Ocean is hitting back with an imaginative mix of salads, couscous, chutneys and lean barbecued tandoori dishes all delightfully presented in tiffin boxes.

Terrace will feature original carved stone seating, tables, and decorative fencing all imported from India to give diners a brilliant new outside dining experience in the North West.

Nahim Aslam, owner of the Indian Ocean and the driving force behind the Terrace concept is looking both to expand his restaurant and services and bring something new, healthy and creative to Asian Cuisine.

Nahim comments, "The Indian Ocean has won a variety of national awards for fantastic food, so by putting together excellent chefs and innovative ideas we hope believe our Terrace concept will be another winner.
