Gaucho
Restaurants, famed for their steak, ceviche and the largest
selection of Argentine wines in Europe, have just launched their New
Summer Menu which was created and developed by acclaimed Argentine
chef, Fernando Trocca*.
Gaucho's ceviche
and Tiradito dishes have become legendary, through the quality and
freshness of their seafood which is cured with citrus juices and
traditionally served with red onion, chilli and coriander. Their
Ecuadorian Ceviche will be joined by both an Argentine baby squid
ceviche and a lobster ceviche, which is served in a white gazpacho
sauce. This summers' three Tiraditos are tuna, king scallops and
salmon.
Gaucho's founder
Zeev Godik, Comments: "The new menu will include a
mouth-watering range of seasonal Argentine food specialities rarely
seen in the UK. Fernando Trocca's new menu has already been very well
received - great quality food can only be made with the freshest
ingredients to produce such depth of flavour." |

For private dining
guests who have ordered from the 'group sharing' menus, Gaucho have
devised three menus of which the core element is a Beef Experience of
lomo (fillet), chorizo (sirloin) and ancho (rib eye) is presented in
whole cuts and served tableside. The experiences are tailor made to
the guest requests and can extend into complimentary beef
Masterclasses. Sommeliers are always on hand for those wishing to
match different wines with the three cuts of steak.
