Lotus Root Kebabs (V)
Exotic lotus roots from Kashmir, lightly mashed and blended with Kashmiri spices, shaped into flat cakes and fried.

Chicken Tikka with Pomegranate Extract (Murgh Anarkali Tikka)
Classic chicken tikka marinated in traditional spices which is enhanced with irresistibly exotic pomegranate pureé.

Main Course

Fish in Ginger-Coconut Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes (Malabari Machi Molee)
Fillets of tilapia in a coconut sauce with musky ginger, spiced with lemony cardamom and dotted with plump tomatoes.

Kashmiri Meatballs in Saffron-Cream Sauce (Gushtaba) *
Tender and succulent lamb meatballs spiced with cardamom and nutmeg and simmered in a richly spiced stock with puréed almond and toasted, crushed saffron threads.

Stuffed Potatoes in Spiced Tomato and Cashew Nut Sauce (Benarasi Aloo) *
A classic dish, using scooped out potatoes filled with a spiced mixture of minced vegetables blended with grated cheese and simmered in a rich tomato and onion sauce with cashew nut puree.
