Teppo Sticks From The Authentic Food Company |
The
Authentic Food Company, is extending its range of snacks and starters
with three varieties of marinated chicken teppo sticks. The new
products will be available in Thai Green, Achari and Tikka flavours.
Created by Thai Development Chef Olieng Noppogate, the finger foods
have been created with sharing platters, buffets and combos in mind.
The teppo
sticks can be served hot or cold and take just eighty seconds to
microwave (1725W) from frozen, or six minutes to prepare in a
pre-heated oven (200C). Perfect for busy chefs and caterers, they are
available in packs of 40 x 25g. The versatile Thai Green, Achari and
Tikka skewers sit in The Authentic Food Company's Oriental and Indian
ranges, and can add international flavour to any starter combo or
platter - a must for the World Cup.

emerging trend towards snacking and we are anticipating that it will
increase during the World Cup so have expanded our appetiser range in
preparation. The teppo sticks are suitable for busy establishments so
offer a great solution as a stand-alone finger food during hectic
periods and can add diversity to any platter or snack menu all
year-round.
