Al Dente Ristorante Is The 'AA' Star Of West London!

Since Al Dente Ristorante launched in October 2005 at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel in Heathrow, it has established itself as one of the leading Italian eateries in West London. Already renowned for its take on contemporary yet traditional Italian cuisine, Al Dente Ristorante has been awarded with a prestigious AA star rosette to honour quality and chef mastery.

Al Dente Ristorante has succeeded in changing diners' perceptions of Italian cooking, with the expert guidance of Executive Chef, Marco di Tullio. Through his finely honed traditional cooking techniques and obsessive research into the best Italian ingredients available in the UK, his team have achieved the first of many accolades for Al Dente Ristorante.

An AA star rosette is annually awarded to a select number of hotel restaurants for the quality of their food. As Al Dente Ristorante religiously display a mastery of knowledge and skill, produce dishes of sound quality and clarity of flavours and always use the best fresh ingredients, this guarenteed them the achievement.

With previous experience at some of the world's most noted Hotels and restaurants in Porte de Monaco France, Las Vegas and Monte-Carlo, award winning chef Marco di Tullio, (pictured left), comments, "Out of all my career achievements and accolades, this rosette is one I am most proud of. With the hard work of my team and the support of the Skyline Hotel, this is merely the start of Al Dente's success - Watch this space!"

The menu encompasses the rural cooking of Northern Italy with the sophistication of experience. Outstanding dishes that secured the AA star rosette include, Risotto "Experience" three ways, Open homemade raviolo and the 'Al Dente signature' of Tomato Variation. The Dolci e Formaggis are not to be missed either introducing Pannacotta with ice cream and mini millefeuille and fruit minestrone with basil.

Al Dente Ristorante is the ultimate experience in fine Italian cuisine where the menu combines tradition, creativity, presentation and simplicity. The atmospheric blend of classic with rustic is portrayed in the 'Italian room' terracotta place settings, Italian music and welcoming samples of home-made herbed ciabatta bread with aged Balsamic vinegar strictly from Modena, accompanied by dipping olive oil, parmigiano reggiano and cured parma ham.

Al Dente Ristorante is soon to be introducing a brand new menu for summer that will further establish its reputation amongst lovers of all things Italian as well as securing that next rosette.
