Penfolds Offers Its Iconic Grange By The Glass At London's Gourmet Festival

Taste of London, 15 to 18 June

At a bottle price of over £200 in restaurants, or £130 in fine wine shops, Penfolds Grange is considered the privilege of serious wine appreciators, or reserved for rare, once in a lifetime drinking. Not only is it reassuringly expensive, but limited stocks make it highly covetable. But no longer will it be an elusive luxury.

For the first time in London, Penfolds will offer Grange by the glass - for four days only.

Penfolds Grange 1999 will be offered for sale by the glass, during Taste of London, Regent's Park, 15-18 June (which features micro restaurants, ranging from Le Gavroche, to Tom Aikens, and Angela Hartnett at The Connaught, to Marcus Wareing at The Savoy Grill.)

Stock at the event will be very limited and glasses may be reserved at the start of each afternoon or evening. To ensure fair chance for all, Penfolds has politely declined early requests from group hosts eager to reserve the full allocation.
