Hotel In Chocolate     As chocolatiers to The Ritz Hotel, London Elliotts of Oxford has created a model of the hotel made completely of chocolate to celebrate their centenary. This edible model weighs 60 kilograms and 1.25 long x 0.75m deep x 0.75m high and was designed utilising copies of the original line drawings of the building. The model is to be displayed in the entrance to the restaurant in the hotel in a purpose built glass cabinet for a period of three months before being auctioned entirely for charity with the bulk of the proceeds being given to The Great Ormond Street Hospital Appeal.
