Learn To Cook Thai At Nahm, The Only Michelin Starred Thai Restaurant In Europe

If you struggle to recreate fabulous dishes from the multitude of recipe books currently available, why not take the hands on approach and have a cooking lesson with one of the leading experts in Thai food?

Throughout 2007 Thai cooking lessons are being held at the Michelin starred restaurant Nahm at the 5 star Halkin Hotel in London.

The lessons take place on selected Saturday mornings, with a full introduction to authentic Thai cuisine, ingredients, utensils, suppliers, techniques, helpful tips and of course, recipes.

With a maximum of only 8 people the classes take place in Nahm's kitchen and are fully hands on and focus on one area of Thai cuisine such as curries, stir-fry's, salads, soups or a full dinner party menu with an introduction to matching wines.

Each class is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced chefs and after the lessons a full Thai lunch is served with wines chosen by Nahm's sommelier.

16th June - Dinner party menu with matching wines
