Will you be blushing at
Royal Ascot?

Set to become the season's 'must try' drink, Ascot is delighted to announce the launch of the Royal Meeting's official cocktail, 'Royal Blush'.

Created exclusively for Royal Ascot by Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands, the refined fusion of Bombay Sapphire Gin and Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, presents itself as a sophisticated and elegant alternative to champagne, and as a refreshingly long, sparkling drink served with ice and a twist of lime it will certainly complement those much anticipated hot summer days.

Launched on Ascot's Totesport Victoria Cup day, masterful mixologists will be on hand to show off their skill and expertise in creating Royal Blush, adding even greater excitement and colour to the day.

The only other chance to try this unique and attractive cocktail will be during the five days of Royal Ascot, held this year from Tuesday 16th - Saturday 20th June, where it will be available for racegoers to purchase from bars around the racecourse.

Charles Barnett, Chief Executive of the racecourse said, "We're very excited about our official cocktail and are sure that many of our guests will enjoy trying it when they attend in June. Let's hope that Royal Blush will become as synonymous with the Royal Meeting, as strawberries and cream are to Wimbledon!"

Commenting on the collaboration, Charlotte Ashburner, Chambord Brand Manager added:

"Chambord is thrilled to be returning to Royal Ascot this year. Ascot attracts an amazing audience, who are perfect for Chambord: stylish and confident with exquisite taste. We look forward to continuing to build and strengthen our involvement with this fantastic event over the years to come."

Bombay Sapphire, the iconic gin and a self-professed champion of iconic events, is equally as delighted to announce its partnership with 'the world's most famous race meeting' and 'major event in the British social calendar.'
