Chapatis

Ingredients:

2 Cups

Flour

 ¾ - 1 cup

water

1.25ml/¼ tsp

salt

melted butter


Mix all ingredients together; divide into quarters. Roll each into a circle; spread thinly with melted butter. Roll up like a small jellyroll and then roll it into a coil. Roll flat again.

Fry in a hot heavy flat frying pan until brown on both sides. They do not brown very well in a Teflon coated pan.
