jerk
seasoning (or more if you prefer it hotter) |

pimento berries |

peppers, chopped |

cinnamon leaves, chopped (or bay leaves) |
Method:
1. Wash and
dry the pork
2. Rub in the
jerk seasoning
3. Leave to
stand for 10 minutes
Grill or
barbecue the pork until cooked, turning once.
