Ingredients:
Marinade:

Rind &
juice of 1 lime |

papaya, peeled,
de-seeded and cut into chunks |

dry white wine |

Method:
* Mix the
marinade ingredients together in a bowl
* Place the
fish steaks in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade coating the
fish on both sides. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
* Meanwhile
place the onion, papaya, tomatoes and white wine in a blender or food
processor and blend until smooth.
* Fry the fish
steaks for 4-5 mins on each side. Remove from the pan and keep hot.
