Abbey Fizz

This long drink is inspired by the 1920's drink called the Abbey Cocktail. It was originally made with gin but the Abbey Fizz could be prepared with gin, vodka, or orange vodka.

Ingredients:

30ml

Beefeater's Gin

30ml

Lillet

30ml

fresh orange juice

10ml

simple syrup

30ml

Perrier

dash

orange bitters

Preparation:

Assemble the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice strain into a highball glass over ice and top with Perrier. Stir and garnish with orange peel and a long strip of English cucumber cut with the skin on.
