Bitters Highball

This cocktail was foaled by the Whiskey Sour and sired by the Dry Manhattan and showed real promise when charged with Perrier.

Ingredients:

40ml

Woodford Reserve Bourbon

10ml

Noilly Prat dry Vermouth

20ml

simple syrup

25ml

fresh lemon juice

2 dashes

Angostura Bitters

30ml

Perrier water

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients except the Perrier with ice and serve over ice in a rock glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
